Accessibility statement

We aim to meet reasonable accessibility expectations for our website and our Marine Parade studio. This statement explains our current approach and how you can request assistance.

Website

We structure pages with semantic HTML, visible focus states, and text alternatives for the limited images in use. Where we embed third-party content such as maps, those providers control their own accessibility. If you cannot complete a task online, contact us and we will offer the same information via email or telephone.

Studio (42 Marine Parade, Southport)

The tenancy includes level entry from the arcade where the landlord maintains access paths. Mats, chairs, and props can be placed to support balance work. Please tell the desk about lighting sensitivity, hearing preferences, or mobility requirements before a session so facilitators can plan spacing.

Feedback

Email writetous@bonealiveflex.world or call +61 7 5556 6600 with accessibility feedback. We document requests and track reasonable adjustments we can implement within our lease and staffing constraints.
